Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership teams on finance strategy, operations, and reporting.

  • Assess and enhance finance function effectiveness, including process redesign, technology enablement, and operating model improvements.

  • Collaborate with clients to implement best practices in reputed company processes, controls, and financial systems (e.g., ERP upgrades).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in reputed company, corporate finance, accounting, or finance consulting.
  • Strong understanding of key finance and accounting principles, financial statements, and operational metrics.
