Digital Media Specialist - Paid Media (Temporary Contract) (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Specialist (Contract) to temporarily join reputed company working for national household brands O-reputed company (US) and Vileda (Canada). The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Digital Media Manager to support media strategy across key advertising platforms. This role will have a core focus on Media Analytics & Reporting and will support the onboarding of a new Marketing & Media Reporting tool with the team.
• Support onboarding of new media data centralized reporting tool.
• Assist in development of cross-channel media reporting dashboards that allow for faster decision making across channels.
• Understand and enforce UTM and media naming convention structure for data cleanliness.
• Support full-funnel Brand and Retailer media programs across TikTok, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company.
• Partner with brand on creative assets need for paid campaigns.
• Conduct competitor audits on key channels and present key findings.
• Assist our web manager on any reputed company website needs.
• Support MiKMak reputed company page measurement and analysis in partnership with the web manager.
• Understand reputed company marketing trends in reputed company channels.
• Support agency partner management and understand strategic role of each partner.

Qualifications

• Hours/Timeframe: Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during normal business hours (8 am-5 pm Central) from approximately March 2026 through September 2026. Please note this is a temporary contract position.
• Location: This role is remote and open to applicants in the Central and Eastern time zones, with the ability to successfully work from their own home office.
• Education: College degree preferred, with a focus in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, and/or other reputed company Business field.
• Preferred 5+ years experience developing Paid Media campaigns.
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into compelling, audience-focused narratives across digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
