As a Band 6 Junior sister/ charge nurse at the Virtual Ward you will be expected to manage daily operations of caseload, triage referrals for admission, support staff with patient escalation for acutely unwell patients who would otherwise be in a hospital bed . You will provide managerial leadership to the nursing team and also be part of working on our newly developed infusion suite .
