AVP Digital Scrum Master

The AVP, Digital Scrum Master will be responsible for leading one or more of our Agile scrum teams executing on Digital Product development reputed company the Technology organization. This role is responsible for collaborating with digital product owners and other stakeholders in setting the roadmap for the apps, driving new innovations, and leading the Agile teams to deliver. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background with a focus on digital projects and Agile development, as well as a proven track record of delivering critical initiatives. • Facilitate the creation of release and sprint plans for digital product development
• Manage meetings, reviews, and ceremonies to reputed company projects on time, reputed company scope and reputed company budget
• Review user stories/requirements, share project risks and accomplishments with external & internal stakeholders
• Collaborate and build reputed company among peers, team members and external partners for project reputed company
• Set expectations & coordinate activities with internal teams, external stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors
• Use project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, reputed company and Smartsheets to plan and manage process, people and projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum of 3 years project management or scrum master experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

Desired Characteristics:

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, software developers in particular, and specific experience practicing Agile methodology
• Previous experience with application development and workflow management
• Participated in management of projects and implementations with both large and small corporate organizations
• Advanced iPhone and/or Android user
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence and reputed company; reputed company in MS Office
• Superior organization skills and adept at multi-tasking
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
• An analytical approach to problem solving and trouble shooting

Grade/Level: 10 The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation offered reputed company the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, reputed company level or knowledge. Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle. Eligibility Requirements:

• You must be 18 years or older
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
