E-Commerce Project Manager

Remote Full-time Hiring now

About the position Peachy builds digital commerce experiences that drive results. We’re a design and engineering partner for brands that expect performance. We specialize in high-converting, fully custom websites, apps, and commerce platforms. Everything we create is built to launch fast, scale easily, and stay ahead. We’re not a marketing agency. We’re not a branding studio. We don’t separate strategy from execution or visuals from outcomes. Our work lives where product thinking, creative direction, and revenue meet. Every project is shaped by data and built with conversion in mind. Our process combines UX, CRO, data driven design, and development into one tight, focused system. This is how we help brands grow faster, sell more, and outpace the competition. What we build becomes an advantage. Our websites and platforms provide brands with speed, control, and a foundation to scale their marketing, launch new ideas, and grow without friction. Peachy is hybrid, async-friendly, and built for outcomes. We work with ambitious companies that want more from digital. Our reputation is built on what we deliver. Role Overview We’re looking for a E-commerce Project Manager to own the successful delivery of Shopify and e-commerce initiatives across multiple client accounts. This role goes beyond timelines and tickets. You’ll be responsible for translating business goals into execution, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects drive measurable improvements in key e-commerce metrics like AOV, LTV, and conversion rate. You will be the primary delivery owner and a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Shopify and e-commerce projects including custom theme builds, migrations, integrations, CRO initiatives, and feature rollouts.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, and risk assessments.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and day-to-day execution with design and engineering teams.
  • Write clear requirements, tickets, and acceptance criteria that balance speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Bring a strong working knowledge of Shopify, including themes, apps, integrations, and platform constraints.
  • Partner closely with developers to evaluate technical approaches and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for platform-specific decisions and tradeoffs.
  • Understand and work against core e-commerce KPIs including AOV, LTV/CLV, conversion rate, retention, churn, CAC, and revenue per visitor.
  • Help prioritize features and optimizations based on impact to business outcomes, not just effort.
  • Collaborate with CRO and analytics teams to turn insights into action.
  • Support digital merchandising efforts including product organization, collections, navigation, on-site promotions, and user flows.
  • Ensure merchandising and UX decisions support conversion and revenue goals.
  • Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement through testing and iteration.
  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients.
  • Run client check-ins, status updates, and delivery reviews with confidence and clarity.
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvements and communicate them early.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing digital or e-commerce projects.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Shopify projects in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and how site changes impact performance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, engineering, CRO, and analytics.
  • Data-informed, outcome-driven mindset.
  • Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution. Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with CRO programs, A/B testing, or experimentation tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum workflows.
  • Exposure to GA4, Shopify Analytics, or BI dashboards. Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
