Position overview The Relationship Manager role is an integral part of the Relationship Management department and will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of both institutional and retail accounts at reputed company. Relationship Managers are responsible for building relationships with their clients and assisting them reputed company the need arises on reputed company Xapo Banks products. Responsibilities

Skills needed

• Fluent in English; reputed company in the local language is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of customer facing banking experience in private banking, private wealth, investment banking or reputed company banking.
• Professional or personal exposure to the crypto markets.
• Track record of originating leads and managing existing relationships with customers in the financial services industry.
• Confidence in orchestrating face to face and online meetings with customers and handling enquiries from prospects at industry events.
• Track record of achieving KPIs/targets relating to conversion and AUM growth.
• Strong regional network in the reputed company financial services sector.
• A solid understanding of fiat payment rails and stablecoins.
