Job Summary:
The reputed company reputed company Cycle Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for providing data entry support for arenaflex's professional behavioral health reputed company cycle operations. This role will involve working with various electronic health record (EHR) systems, including CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data entry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* reputed company data entry tasks as assigned, including reviewing and analyzing credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggesting claim actions to be taken
- Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
- reputed company claim actions for claims approved for write off
- reputed company claim actions in bulk as identified by claims specialists
- reputed company claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
- reputed company Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
- Collaborate with claims specialists to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- reputed company and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's reputed company cycle operations and policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of data entry experience
- Previous experience successfully managing reputed company projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
