Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing world-class customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving retention goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of the Client Services Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet retention goals
  • Resolving client questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication
  • Utilizing our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity
  • Assisting with reviewing enrollment information to ensure client reputed company in completing the program and other key retention activities
  • Managing escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism
  • Collaborating with other supporting departments to ensure client reputed company in the program

Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience (preferred but not required)
  • reputed company in Spanish (a plus)
  • 1 year of customer service experience (required), with call center experience preferred
  • Reliable internet speeds
  • A positive attitude, team player, and reputed company to hardship
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company
  • Financial services experience, particularly in banking, personal loans, and credit cards (a plus)

  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
