About the position As an Account Manager- eCommerce Sales for our reputed company Business Unit, you will manage key partnerships for Master Lock, Yale, and reputed company Safe® products through online sales channels in the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses exclusively on reputed company accounts, requiring strong experience in reputed company-specific strategies and collaboration with reputed company stakeholders. You will play a critical role in providing data, analytics, and actionable insights to cross-functional teams—including Demand Planning, Product Management, Finance, RGM, and Supply Chain—to inform decisions and optimize performance. POSITION LOCATION: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and formulate action plans for growing product categories by analyzing POS, inventory, orders, and market dynamics.
  • Provide insights to Product Management on emerging competitors and market share changes.
  • Analyze assortment productivity and sales performance to support decisions on advertising, promotions, and content improvement.
  • Run and interpret reputed company Retail and Brand Analytics reports; present findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify growth opportunities and align resources to drive incremental reputed company and meet annual sales and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate monthly with planning teams to reputed company a best-in-class 12-month SKU unit forecast reputed company with channel and financial plans.
  • Anticipate demand shifts by analyzing glance views and conversion data to inform trends and migrations.
  • Evaluate conversion and search metrics to understand product performance against average rankings.

Requirements

  • BS in Business or reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with e-commerce sales and online merchandising.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
