Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company Newsroom end-to-end, including editorial planning, writing, editing, and managing content distributed to corporate employees
- reputed company integrated internal communication campaigns that build awareness of key initiatives and strengthen employee engagement across the organization
- Bring a fresh, creative lens to storytelling, championing innovative ways to use digital channels, multimedia, and visual design to reputed company internal narratives
- Manage and enhance intranet content (reputed company), including publishing, organizing, and optimizing pages, documents, videos, and other media
- Draft, edit, and publish content for our weekly reputed company-employee newsletter, ensuring stories are timely, relevant, and reputed company to editorial standards
- Partner closely with internal branding and video teams to concept and reputed company graphics, visuals, and video content that support impactful storytelling
- Consult with business partners across the organization to pitch and reputed company stories, advise on communication strategies, and support reputed company announcements or campaigns
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in communications, PR, or a reputed company field, with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company discipline
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and craft engaging narratives (portfolio preferred)
- A strategic reputed company with demonstrated creativity in shaping employee experience and internal engagement
- Experience managing intranet platforms (reputed company preferred) and familiarity with email or digital publishing tools such as SharePoint, reputed company, or similar
- Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, with exposure to event production and cross-functional project management
