• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls from hospice partners, prescribers, and clinical staff
• Triage and resolve routine service inquiries, escalating reputed company issues appropriately
• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and active listening
