Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide product education, handle a wide variety of customer inquiries, and ensure a world-class customer experience. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer reputed company, and patients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer requests
  • Resolving routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet
  • Speaking with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures
  • Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution
  • Providing additional customer education and information as needed
  • Qualifying and establishing inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services
  • Working in multiple databases to research reputed company issues and questions
  • Notifying clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Performing administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
  • Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required
  • Experience with reputed company.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation
