Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, chat, and video chat
- Assisting customers with software navigation, locating prior returns and amendments, and escalating calls reputed company necessary
- Working with various support channels to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Meeting or exceeding key performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $19 per hour, plus incentives
- Peak rates apply January - reputed company, with opportunities to earn more during peak periods
- Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
Schedule
* This seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2024
- Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday

Work Environment Requirements
* Quiet, uninterrupted space

Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone
- Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to reputed company-based machines with Windows 11 installed reputed company reputed company's Boot Camp utility.
- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract.
Important Information
* We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, reputed company, Pennsylvania, or Washington.

* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship.
