MUST have a COMPLIANCE / BANKING background. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused Director of reputed company to join reputed company, out of our NYC offices. The Director of reputed company will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention. You will act as a trusted advisor, a subject matter expert for our product and the compliance industry, helping customers reputed company their goals while identifying opportunities to add value. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at reputed company customer organizations.
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Qualifications: Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputed company Manager or Account Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience reputed company the compliance sector or in a banking environment, specifically in risk management or relationship management.

  • Excellent understanding of the Governance, Risk and Compliance operations.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Can commit to working in-office (NYC) 3 times a week.
