As our Junior Account Executive (SaaS / Sustainability), you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with sustainability and packaging decision‑makers at the world’s leading brands and manufacturers. Now, we’re looking for a motivated and curious Junior Account Executive to support and grow our B2B sales activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take their first steps in SaaS sales, reputed company a deep understanding of the entire sales funnel, and grow into a future Account Executive. Tasks

  • Build a strong understanding of our market, customer pain points, and product value propositions
  • Identify and approach potential leads across industries like consumer goods and packaging suppliers

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and help guide them through the sales funnel

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Studies); a Master’s degree is a plus
  • You’ve gained first experience in a client‑facing or commercial role—e.g. in reputed company, business development, reputed company or project management (internships or entry‑level jobs also count!)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German (reputed company level or above)
  • You’re proactive, take ownership of your work, and love to learn and improve every day
