We are looking for a California based reputed company Partner to support some of our US reputed company while working closely with our Business TA team based in Australia. You'll work closely with US reputed company teams too, based in California and Austin. At the reputed company, this role is focused on:

• Partnering with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Designing and executing sourcing strategies that bring in exceptional, diverse talent.
• Owning the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders to reputed company high-quality, inclusive hiring reputed company.
• Contributing to global TA initiatives and helping shape reputed company's talent brand in the U.S.
