Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and email support. Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

• Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual, a plus
