The Role
As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the go-to expert for our customers, helping them navigate our products and services, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations to meet their skincare needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
