Job Summary

As a Full Stack Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our video distribution systems, including video servers, programming, and hardware installations. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless operations, high-quality service delivery, and compliance with reputed company standards. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with internal teams, and developing and implementing new solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support and expertise to our video distribution systems, including video servers, programming, and hardware installations

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including video and audio equipment, network connectivity, and software applications
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery
• reputed company and implement new solutions, including programming patches and updates, to improve system performance and efficiency
• reputed company the installation and maintenance of video and audio equipment, including video head end IP, RF QAM, and transcoding video
• Manage and maintain inventory of consumables and equipment, including video and audio equipment, and ensure timely delivery of replacement parts
• Collaborate with other DPEP groups and service providers to reputed company and implement effective technical solutions
• Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and innovations, including intelligent and video systems and arrangements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and external partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field, such as software engineering, video technology, data systems, or a reputed company field

• 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, with a focus on video distribution, encoding, audio mixing, and IoT devices

• Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools, including Scene, Power BI
