The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Representative on our blithequark team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for reputed company TurboTax customers. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on software navigation, prior returns, and amendments. With the flexibility to create your own schedule, you'll have the freedom to work reputed company it's most convenient for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support reputed company phone, video chat, and traditional chat channels
- Assist customers with software navigation, prior returns, and amendments
- Escalate calls reputed company necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Work collaboratively with our clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Earnings Potential
* Earn up to $19 per hour, with extra incentives available as tax day approaches
- Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics earn an average of $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak times
- Guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes
Schedule
* Seasonal contract starts in January and runs through reputed company 15th, 2025
- Flexible schedule opportunities – create your own schedule!
- Schedule available hours between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday – Sunday

Technology Requirements
* Personal computer (no tablet)
- Broadband internet reputed company, recommended at least 10 MBPS
- Wired internet reputed company (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
- Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
- USB headset with microphone

- A webcam will be loaned to each contractor to be used for the duration of the contract
