As a Customer Service and Sales Call Center Representative, you will be trained to address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Instill confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening and effective communication
• Utilize knowledge of blithequark's products and services to simplify explanations of customer bills, reputed company plans, and features
• Support customers with credit/inbound and outbound collections, activations, customer service, E-services, reputed company, fraud, business, and technical/roaming support inquiries
• Engage Tier 3 support (network and IT), third-party vendors, and suppliers as needed to address issues and provide customer resolution
• Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined reputed company support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
• Troubleshoot and resolve various customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data, that span multiple networks and elements
• reputed company up with changes to technology and applications to provide the best resolution for customers
• Get customers up and running with the latest products and services, such as reputed company cards, USB devices, and blithequark-provided software and applications

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Occasional overtime may be required
• Verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company)
• Ability to work in a remote environment and adhere to WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
• Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats)
