reputed company is looking for a large group of Remote reputed company Agents for a fortune 500 company to support thousands of drivers across North America. Using a two-way audio/video communication to verify/identity any necessary specifications on trucks and processes, you will be coordinating, communicating, and providing updates on a daily basis to reputed company parties involved in the arrival, loading, unloading and departure at warehouses, facilities and distribution centers. We are looking for candidates that are extremely detail oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency, and are quick learners and technically savvy. This team is able to take on reputed company reputed company operations and allow those associates onsite to focus on the daily operations onsite that need to be completed. On a daily basis, you will be speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, so excellent and clear communication is a must. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in the office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home per week. Your schedule will be Wednesday-Sunday, 9-5:30 PM.We are looking for highly motivated candidates who want to learn, grow and have long term career growth opportunities at this client. Required Skills & Experience- 1+ year of recent relevant experience in an operations and/or technical role- Must be comfortable in a heavy phone support environment taking reputed company to 200 transactions per day- Excellent professionalism and communication is a must!- Must be ok with loud audio, such as windy static noise, loud AC noise, loud operation/equipment noise, etc.- Overall technically savvy, and must be a quick learner- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at once, and must have ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment- reputed company candidates must be ok working over national and federal holidays as reputed company operates 365 24/7.- reputed company candidates must be ok working from home 2 days a week, and in the office 3 days week.
