About the Role

As a Full Stack Call Center Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, listening attentively to identify challenges that our various financial solutions can help resolve. Key Responsibilities

* Uphold our customer-first culture by providing exceptional client support

• Track and document key customer information with accuracy using proprietary systems
• Handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including weekend hours

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least six (6) months of customer service experience
• Willingness and desire to learn from team members in real-time and instantly put constructive feedback into practice
• Ability to serve customers throughout the customer lifecycle with professionalism and discretion
• Ability to work with little direct supervision or reputed company
• Consistent and reliable internet reputed company

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

* Call center experience

• Ability to work and train on-site if local to a corporate office
