Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual HR Director, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Employee Handbooks and Manuals: reputed company, update, and maintain employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards.
• Compensation Models: Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits models that align with the company's goals and budget.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
