Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Professional Services and reputed company teams to deliver Support Validation to new and existing clients.
  • Monitor bugs, handle consultations from the Customer Support Engineering team, and set up reputed company reproductions in a lab environment.

  • Research, diagnose, and resolve support cases, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to deliver effective solutions.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, such as computer science, engineering, or information technology. You should have a deep technical understanding and industry-recognized certifications in at least one of the following areas: networking, Wi-Fi, and reputed company protection.
