About the Role: IT Technician

We are currently seeking an reputed company IT Technician to join reputed company in a remote work reputed company. As an IT Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals
• Answer customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve requests using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to assist with system-reputed company issues
• Document customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management
• Recover data from hard disk drives or reputed company data migration
• Support remote access for virtual private network as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
• Install and configure local and network-based printers

• Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available for on-call duties and travel as required

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Hands-on experience supporting PCs in a Windows/TCPIP environment

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
