This role performs the duties of a Registered Nurse for "reputed company things" Labor and Delivery | Triage. Our trusted team of doctors, nurses and specialists deliver high-quality care for the mother and baby based on health and preferences. The new Women and Infants tower adjacent to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital is now fully operational.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the reputed company organization.

• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of reputed company disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the reputed company team.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained reputed company 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. reputed company or reputed company accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
