Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our major business accounts, including order management, account maintenance, and sales support to our Corporate Sales Team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to major business accounts, including order management, account maintenance, and sales support to our Corporate Sales Team

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process a variety of orders, including electronic and manual orders, and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including the Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console, Viewer System Console, and Support Management Dashboard in reputed company
  • Utilize customer contact tools, including the Customer Contact Tool, to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
  • Collaborate with reputed company to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or sales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at reputed company levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to use discretion in working with confidential information
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service reputed company reputed company
