In this role, you'll be working primarily in a remote call center environment, responding to provider inquiries regarding enrollment, claims, policy, and other healthcare-reputed company topics. Your Role in Our Mission

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering telephones and responding to customer questions and/or forwarding calls to appropriate personnel
  • Recording calls on account history records with results of the inquiry and initiating required confirmation without direct supervision
  • Researching customer inquiries and responding to appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Processing calls in a timely, accurate, and quality manner to ensure service levels are met or exceeded
  • Interfacing with team members, management, customers, and clients regarding customer service issues and ensuring that inquiries and issues are researched and in compliance with state-identified policies, procedures, and criteria
  • Reviewing and recommending modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions
  • Staying abreast of industry best practices, process improvements, and customer service to maintain a state-of-the-art Contact Center

What You Should Expect in This Role

As a Call Center Customer Support Agent - Healthcare at blithequark, you can expect:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week) remote work arrangement
  • May require shift work, including evenings and weekends
  • Some overtime may be required
  • Most benefits start on the first day of employment
  • Remote work arrangement requires a broadband internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload
  • Video cameras must be used during reputed company interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

Compensation and Benefits
