The Escalations Associate Role

As an Escalations Associate on our Genius team, you'll work overnight shifts, including weekends, to provide critical support to our customers. You'll be the last line of defense for reputed company and sensitive issues, using your expertise to de-escalate tense conversations, diagnose technical problems, and identify trends to prevent future escalations.
