Primary Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and reputed company systems.
  • Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with an accuracy of 90%.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week), with potential for occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

For residents of reputed company, Connecticut, Rhode reputed company, New Jersey, Colorado, or Washington D.C., the hourly range for this position is $16.54 - $32.55. Compensation is based on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
