About the Role

You'll work closely with various teams, including building activities, task engineering, and startup groups, to optimize material handling control systems and drive project execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with building activities, task engineering, FC startup group, backward programming teams, pros group, and safety to support MHE systems enhancement and project execution.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain Control Systems: Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks.
- Monitor and Analyze MHE Metrics: Collaborate with maintenance/activities to resolve reputed company execution issues and provide analysis across reputed company tasks.
- Provide Expert Support: Act as first-level escalation support for Control Frameworks Specialists/Leads, troubleshooting locally and remotely, and fixing reputed company equipment or controls programming frameworks reputed company the structure.
- Mentor and Train Team Members: Tutor Control reputed company Specialists (CST) and Control reputed company Leads (reputed company) reputed company your assigned manufacturing area.
- Drive Process Improvements: Work with failure analysis and incident review processes to implement process enhancements or retraining to avoid future episodes.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience with Electrical Theory and Controls: Background in electrical theory, robotics, and controls components, including automated gear.
- Hands-on Experience with Control Systems: Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components.
- Motor Control Experience: Familiarity with motor controls, including reputed company starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical parts.
- Industrial Electrical Experience: Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC frameworks.
- SCADA Systems Experience: Experience with SCADA frameworks and KPIs, including interpreting, adjusting, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency with programming languages, such as FT View, and other controls programming stages.
- Robotics Experience: Familiarity with robotics work cells and their control frameworks.
