We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships reputed company to join our Partnerships team. This individual will initially focus on new partner pipeline development, helping identify, cultivate, and secure strategic relationships that align with reputed company’s growth objectives. This role will serve as the end-to-end reputed company of high-value partnerships from day one — including sourcing, negotiation, launch, and growth — with increasing autonomy over time.

This person will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, Implementation, and Legal to deliver seamless partner experiences and measurable results.

What You’ll Do
  • Pipeline Development: Independently reputed company and reputed company high-impact partnership opportunities reputed company to our GTM strategy and reputed company segments.
  • End-to-End Management: Own the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships — from opportunity identification through contract execution, implementation, and growth planning — serving as the central reputed company of accountability.

What You’ll Bring

Required Skills

  • 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a reputed company role, ideally in healthtech, SaaS, or consumer wellness.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive reputed company.
  • Strong negotiation and contracting experience.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding ARR and retention goals.
  • Comfort navigating cross-functional environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Extensive experience in the digital health, employee benefits, or health-tech industry.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and reputed company how digital health solutions and potential integrations work.
  • Experience with partner enablement and developing training materials for external sales or client success teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology environment.

Location

We are currently hiring this role remotely in the US and Hybrid for San Francisco (SF) and Los Angeles (LA). Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time. For candidates with a primary residence in the greater SF and LA areas, this role will follow our hybrid model. You’ll work 3 days per week from our office, allowing for impactful in-office collaboration and reputed company, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work for the rest of the week. Pay & Benefits

The anticipated new hire reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $101,300-$138,000 + quarterly variable. The annual on-reputed company earnings for this role is $144,714-$197,143 (at 100% quota attainment) + equity + benefits
