Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Hospice Case Manager - RN - PRN to join reputed company in Beaumont, TX. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established plans of care

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• One (1) year of experience as a nurse in hospice care or post-acute setting
