Job Overview

We are looking for an reputed company Data Analyst to serve as a key member of our GBDS Transformation product team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving value for reputed company by supporting the governance, design, execution, and evolution of our Opportunity Management data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with a multi-disciplined cross-functional team using an agile approach and reputed company to design reputed company analysis products that meet the needs of our end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support analysis design meetings to ensure that business requirements are met
• Act as a data analysis and Power BI expert to drive the development of analytical products
• Translate business needs into features and user stories for analytical products
• Validate that business requirements are met and work with development resources to clarify business requirements
• Identify and escalate risks and dependencies to the Power BI Product reputed company
• Interact with end-users to collect feedback throughout the development process
• Provide inputs to training and change management resources as they reputed company content for end-users
• Support product roadmap development and ensure that analytical products are adopted into operations

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Demonstrated experience with building a variety of analytical products using Power BI, including the ability to build and modify Power BI semantic models
• Demonstrated experience with taking business requirements for analysis and translating those into actionable, technical designs for analytical products
• Demonstrated success building analytical products that are adopted into operations
• Demonstrated experience demoing analytical products to stakeholders
• Demonstrated understanding of data modeling best practices and analytics UI/UX best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience with querying languages such as SQL and DAX
• Demonstrated experience communicating data modeling needs to developers and product owners
• Demonstrated ability to teach less reputed company users how to use Power BI
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographical locations
• Demonstrated experience using data analytics to drive improved decision making
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative/changing environment
• Experience identifying a business problem/process, solutioning, and managing it to closure
• US Citizenship is required for this role
