Key Responsibilities

As a Systems Engineer on our SOC Engineering team, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring the general health and availability of our reputed company and other reputed company-reputed company systems * Creating and maintaining availability and performance metrics to measure system health * Troubleshooting reputed company issues and collaborating with internal clients to resolve operational challenges * Automating routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company errors * Architecting and implementing new solutions to support future growth and scalability * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new systems * Developing and maintaining documentation for our systems and processes * Participating in 24/7 on-call rotations to ensure reputed company availability and support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in an reputed company field (e.g., systems engineering, computer science, information technology) * 5+ years of experience with Windows Server and virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, etc.) * 3+ years of experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) * 2+ years of scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Perl, Ruby, etc.) * Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve reputed company technical issues * Strong oral and written communication skills * Experience with documentation and reputed company

Preferred Qualifications
