Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Remote Data Entry and Patient Enrollment Specialist for reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for performing information passage and patient enrollment, handling high-volume customer inquiries, and working under direct management. You will be liable for utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, and your responsibilities may vary depending on the assigned department. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• At least a year and a half experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
